Cancellation policy

Free cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before the day of arrival.

Example: if you arrive on the 20th of a month, cancellation is free of charge up to and including the 17th.

Later cancellation

If you cancel later – that is, within the last 3 days before the day of arrival or on the day of arrival itself – we charge 50% of the total accommodation price.

In the example, this applies to a cancellation on the 18th, 19th or 20th.

No-show

If you do not arrive and have not cancelled beforehand, we charge 90% of the total accommodation price.

Accommodation price

The accommodation price is the price for the overnight stays. We do not charge for breakfast or other extras, such as a travel cot or the final cleaning for dogs, in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

You are always free to prove that we have suffered no loss or a significantly lower loss.

By phone on +49 (0)203 74 20 60 or in text form, for example by e-mail to info@hausmariandl.de. The decisive date is the day on which we receive your cancellation.

If you booked through a booking portal, the terms and procedures communicated to you by the portal also apply.

General terms and conditions

In addition, our General Business Terms and Conditions for Hotel Accommodation Contracts (AGBH 8.2) apply, which you accept when booking online.
